Aid International has been supporting Gifts of Love International (GOLI) and their work in Guatemala since 2000.

Each year we send a build team to provide vital labour for their work with widows and orphans, and offering long term support for whatever their most immediate needs are.

Last year’s team worked on GOLI’s 25 acre site at Brito, where the charity is currently setting up homes for rescued street children and orphans.

There they got involved in all sorts of practical tasks, from repairing the roof to painting and decorating, as well as arranging craft and other fun activities for the children.

As well as sending build teams, 10% of net funds raised by Aid’s events – from marathons to bike rides – go directly to GOLI to support their work.
